A naturally inspiring leader, Elena started her career at the UK’s largest bank Lloyds Banking Group whilst finishing her bachelors degree.

Throughout her career, her engaging communication style, inspirational leadership and her intuitive and observant approach have meant that she has enabled hundreds of people to discover the best version of themselves and reach their full potential. The strength of her professional relationships and her network is testament to her character , her dynamic approach and the results she enables.

Since setting up her own business Elena has gone on to use this invaluable experience to support both individuals and businesses. Each relationship she builds is unique and tailored to the needs of each individual.

Through her coaching and consulting partnerships, Elena enables her clients to discover the key to unlocking their success. She is a powerful asset in helping her clients to find their voice, develop new ways of thinking & working and to transform and deliver beyond expectation against their goals.

She is also a trained befriender and committee member for the charity SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society), a charity close to her heart.
