"Through Elenas inspirational leadership, coaching & mentoring she transformed poor teams & individuals into good ones & good ones into great ones, time and time again."
Bruce Kail, Former Head of Operations
I worked for almost 20 years in the banking sector in senior operational and leadership roles. During this time I had the opportunity to lead large scale, multi site operations as well as lead central functions including Quality Assurance, Learning and Development and Policy & Process Change.
Since building my business, I have been fortunate enough to be able to use my experience to coach and mentor others, either privately or as a consultant for larger scale programmes.
Regardless of the role, I thrive most when developing, inspiring, mentoring and leading the people I work with to become their very best self/ high performing team. There is no greater motivation than seeing an individual or a team reach their full potential.
In my downtime you'll find me with my family, my friends and my dog. I am partial to a glass of bubbly and I love listening to music (and playing as I am a violinist).
I also love reading, either for pleasure or personal development (a passion nurtured by reading several books a week at uni for my degree!)
I am also a trained befriender, committee member and local secretary for the charity SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society). This charity is close to my heart and I regularly fundraise to support them too.
How I Work
The mentor/coach: client relationship is one built on trust and it's vital you choose the right person to support your team/ your business.
Throughout my career I have seen the impact of inspirational leadership on individuals, teams and businesses. Being the kind of leader others want to follow is something I am passionate to inspire in others.
You will find me to be a strong motivator and a strategic thinker who is intuitive and observant. I will be your trusted partner and supporter.
You can read some testimonials from people who have worked with me before here.
Understanding the importance of a healthy work : life balance I offer a flexible service depending on my clients' needs - sessions can be over the phone, Zoom or face to face and I can support via email too.
